About JAI
Trailer Air
Suspension

Trailer Air Suspension is used in place of conventional steel springs in a semi trailer. The purpose of Air Suspension is to provide a smooth and constant ride height. It uses air bellows which work on compressed air to support a load.

Air Suspension Module

Air suspension is a type of vehicle suspension system that uses air springs, also known as airbags, to support the weight of the vehicle and provide a smooth and adjustable ride. The main advantage of air suspension is its ability to provide a smooth and comfortable ride by adjusting the suspension's stiffness according to road conditions and vehicle load. It can automatically adjust the ride height to compensate for changes in load or terrain, ensuring consistent handling and performance. Another benefit of air suspension is its ability to level the vehicle when carrying uneven loads. By adjusting the air pressure in individual air springs, it can compensate for weight imbalances and maintain a level stance, improving stability and handling.

Air Suspension with
Lift Module

Lift axle are non-power axles and are used in most of the commercial vehicle in order to increase their load bearing capacity. These axles are movables axle (up or down) i.e. can be lifted up or deployed as per the load on the vehicle or the road condition. Lift axle contributes to improves fuel economy and reduces tyre wear and maintenance cost as it can be lifted in vehicle running unladen condition.
