Mr. Randeep Singh Jauhar

Mr. Randeep Singh Jauhar is the Chairman and Executive Director of the Company. He holds an MBA from California State University, Bakersfield and brings with him decades of rich experience in the spring industry. Under his leadership, the Company has transformed from a traditional leaf-spring manufacturer into a diversified suspension solutions provider, driving international expansion, product innovation, and manufacturing scale-up. He also serves as a Director on the Board of MAP Holdings Limited.

Beyond his corporate role, Mr. Jauhar serves as the Chairman of the Haryana State Biodiversity Board (HSBB), Government of Haryana, where he leads initiatives in biodiversity conservation and environmental stewardship across the state. He is also deeply committed to education through his leadership of the Guru Nanak Khalsa Group of Institutions (GNK) in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana — supporting infrastructure development, scholarships, and institutional governance.

Under his guidance, Company’s CSR initiatives focus strongly on education and the environment, emphasizing infrastructure upgrades in government schools, scholarships for deserving students, girl-student empowerment programmes, sustainability-driven projects, tree plantations, and ecological balance — promoting education and environmental conservation as core pillars of the company’s social outreach.
