This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on February 05,
2021 has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.25 (Twenty Five Paisa) per equity share of nominal
value of Rs. 1 each for the financial year 2020-21 and fixed Thursday, February 18, 2021 as record date
for the purpose of the payment of Interim Dividend.
