This is to inform you pursuant to recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of
Directors of the Company at their meeting held on February 05, 2021 has approved Re-appointment of Mr. S. P.
S. Kohli (DIN: 01643796) as Whole Time Director designated as Executive Director for further term of three
years commencing from February 13, 2021 to February 12, 2024 subject to the approval of the members of the
Company.
