Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window shall remain close from October 01, 2020 for all the Insiders and their Dependent Family Members for dealing in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the shares of the Company.
The Trading Window shall be opened after 48 hours of announcement/declaration of the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.
