a) Ms. Taru Bahl (DIN: 06737344) has been appointed as Woman Independent Director on the Board with effect from January 31, 2020.
b) Mr. Rakesh Kalra (DIN: 00780354) has been re-appointed as an Independent Director on Board for second term commencing from February 03, 2020.
