The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. November 11, 2017 declared an Interim Dividend of Re. 0.30 per equity share of nominal value of Rs. 1 each for the financial year 2017-18 and have fixed November 22, 2017 as the 'Record Date' for determining the members who will be entitled for the said Interim Dividend.
